Probably you are one of many people having trouble in losing weight. You have tried various methods of diet or perhaps your current diet plans. However, when you weigh, the weight has not been dropped significant.

Fact: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) cardio sport becoming popular to lose weight recently. HIIT is proven to burn calories in large quantities. This sport also has other benefits such as reducing the fats enzyme, increasing the efficiency of decomposition of food into energy, while maximizing fat burning in the body.

But remember don’t do this exercise excessively just to lose weight faster, because excessive exercise would feared to bring bad effects on the body.


Diet Myth # 4: Organic and gluten-free would help you lose weight faster than processed foods.

Fact: Organic and gluten-free is a favorite food for the dieter, but the fact is that not-correct processing of the organic foods actually increase more calories and sugar as regular food.


Diet Myth # 5: Methods of quick weight loss diets never worked.


Fact: Most of quick weight loss diet programs are without foundation or scientific research. But, not all quick weight loss diet programs are bad for you. For some people might not succeed, but for some others this diet quite possible help you lose weight.

The fifth myth above, remind us that every human being is special. Everyone's body is different. Likewise also the reaction of the body is not equal.
