In addition to cooked and eaten directly as a natural supplement, tomato often made as juice too. We can make the tomato juice like usually, but for the diet purpose, we have not used sugar or other artificial sweeteners.


1. The Ingredients


- Four medium size ripe tomatoes.
- Sufficient pure Honey.
- Two tablespoons of lemon water.
- Sufficient water over cooked.


2. How to make tomato juice to the diet


  1. Clean up the tomatoes then slice into small pieces.
  2. Prepare the blender and add the tomato pieces. Then, add into it the lemon water.
  3. Next, add the water. How much? A little bit, until the engine blender can be rotated.
  4.  Puree all ingredients above until really soft.
